Who we are
Certification Crew is an independent training provider based in Costa Rica. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this site. You can write to us at admin@certificationcrew.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, the topic you are interested in and your message, along with the site language and the date.
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We count a few actions anonymously, such as how often the form is sent, without storing your IP address or any identifier of yours.
What we use it for
To reply to you and tell you about our courses, based on the consent you give when you send the form. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your data is kept in Microsoft Azure services located in the United States, with access limited to our team. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@certificationcrew.com. We will reply within five business days at most.
These rights are based on Costa Rica's personal data protection law (Ley 8968).
